A quiet New Years Eve for Summit County law enforcement officers was followed by an even less eventful New Year\’92s Day, despite it being \’93Green Wednesday,\’94 or the first day of legal retail marijuana sales in Colorado. For law enforcement officers throughout the county the theme was the same \’97 there were no retail marijuana-related incidents reported and by press time not one officer in Summit County had even issued a ticket for public consumption.
